This is pretty funny….and worrisome.
The official forums are down.
The community website is down.
The official Age of Conan website is down.
The Funcom website is down.
It’s only the early access launch, not the general launch.  If all those services are down now, then what is going to happen in a few days?

Less than 24 hours, and I’m already feeling impatient and fidgety.  Funcom really did a great job marketing their project.  The buzz is enormous.  I ordered GTA4 a while ago, it arrived and I haven’t even bothered to unwrap it yet.  I don’t want anything to take my mind away from this early access weekend.

I finally finished downloading the early access client (13.4 gigabytes!).  The patcher downloaded another 450 megabytes.  I’m glad I’m not with Comcast anymore because I don’t have to worry about my internet access being turned off.  In total, I’ve probably used up almost 40 gigabytes of bandwidth on Age of Conan already.
